-Delegate Double (4 delegates per room/2 beds): $277
-Advisor Double: $347
-Advisor Single: $486

Registration Instructions:

Delegation: For RLC, you are required to register an NCC, RHA President, NRHH Rep (if applicable) and an Advisor. You can then include your regular delegates. There is no delegate cap for conference.

Institutional Registration form- Must be filled out by the NCC in coordination with the Advisor. You will have to provide information regarding Reps, Advisors, the number of Delegates and some information related to travel. This form will be used to send out an invoice, so please make sure this information is accurate. 
IMPORTANT: The number of delegates you list in the Institutional Registration is final so please be sure to provide the correct information.

Individual Registration form- Must be filled out by individual delegates. Along with delegate status, everyone will be required to provide information for housing placement, insurance, and preferences. *NCCs please make sure your delegates have all the appropriate information before they fill out the form! Please ensure all your delegates have completed this form before registration closes.
Note: If you are waiting to finalize information for some of your delegates, please register a ghost delegate. Information for ghost delegates must be provided by the date registration closes.


Conference Waivers- Must be filled out by all conference attendees. *NCCs please make sure your delegates have all the appropriate information before they fill out the form! The waivers will be checked for completion at check-in on Friday.
*Opting for gender-inclusive housing is optional, however those who do so must fill out the Gender-Inclusive Housing Waiver.


Conference Payment- Once we receive all the registration information, we will email you the invoice. If paying by card, you will utilize the information provided in the email. If paying by check, please bring this with you to check-in.
IMPORTANT: All payments must be completed before checking in on Friday. We do have a no pay, no key policy.

Conference Check In- Check-in will occur Friday afternoon at the Hunt Union.
NCCs and Advisors must be present at check-in before going to the hotels. The RBD and conference staff will verify all information regarding affiliation, registration, payment, etc. before you are given your keys.
