Fall 2024 Bidding Season is now here!
Institutions can now bid for different categories and have the chance to have those bids heard at RLC. It's a great recognition and collaboration opportunity. Any member of an affiliated institution in good standing can bid for a category.

Please fill out the Bid Intents Form below if you're interested in bidding. This form is non-binding, so you can change your mind later.

  • Bid Intents Due | October 6th at 11:59 pm ET

  • Bids Due for Policy Review | October 20th at 11:59 pm ET

  • Final Bids Due | November 7th at 11:59 pm ET

Moosetracks Opportunity

We're now giving out Moosetrack Points for schools who get involved in the bidding process!

Here are the following ways you can get points:
 

  • Submitting a bid for policy review: 25 points

  • Submitting a final bid: 50 points

  • Attending a bidding workshop: 15 points

  • Offering feedback on the bidding process: 5 points

Dates for the bidding workshops:

  • Sunday, October 6th at 8:00 pm ET

  • Sunday, October 13th at 8:00 pm ET

  • Sunday, November 3rd at 8:00 pm ET
